They have the rudest customer service and they are not helpful at all. I wish I would have read the reviews about them. I recommend no one even at your worse, because I was there to get a car with them. Take public transportation before having to deal with them.

I brought a car from the before with great service so I decided too go back and get another car due too medical issues within 2 weeks car gave problems I called them after I saw a mechanic and let them know what was wrong they told me the parts where covered and take it too any mechanic and have them call too get approval too fix car mind you I was within my 30 day dealer warranty so I know they recorded the conversation so mechanic called them and one min it was approved than the next it wasnt cause they said the 30 warrant... read more

I have had my jeep for 34 days. This is the second time its been in the shop. US Auto sales is basically telling me I have to pay for over $1400.00 in repairs. And I havent made my first car payment yet. This is ridiculous.

THE WORST PLACE ON THE PLANET TO GET A CAR!!! I GOT A 2013 **** ESCAPE ON JUNE 16TH! ON THE WAY HOME CHECK ENGINE LIGT CAME ON! I BOUGHT IT BACK! THE MANAGER ASKED TO DRIVE IT CAUSE FOR SOME REASON THE LIGHT HAD WENT OFF. HE DROVE IT NO LIGHT CAME BACK ON! I GOT BACK IN AND HEADED HOME! I GOT HOME AND GUESS WHAT.. Deeply regret ever purchasing a vehicle from this company. Can never get through the phone lines to talk to someone. My vehicle has been sitting and not working for almost a month now and I don't know what to do.

Horrible customer service representatives. They do not care about their customers just getting their money. Ive had my car a exact year and already at 6mo the transmission, alternator, heater hose, battery, and a/c needed repairs. Majority I had to cover out of pocket because I desperately needed to get to work, They will lock your car at any moment demanding money regardless if the car is in the shop. We purchased a car from them on may 26th 2022, the very same day as we were driving home the check engine light came on. While in the dealership I asked for the car fax and I noticed there was no mention of the transmission being serviced, so I told the sales person this and she said, oh they don't always put everything that's done to the car on there. Really? So I called them immediately and the very next day we took it to the mechanic. The transmission is bad!!! Thank God we have the warranty. The car has been in the shop ... read more

I have had the worst experience with this company. We bought a car and have been making payments have the proof and they keep showing on the account as past due. I have reached out to them multiple times and cant get know one to return a call. This place has the worst costumer service and Im about to look into get ****** reach out to them.

I purchased a 2013 **** escape and bought the extended warranty along that US auto sale offered me in August 2021 and in July 2022 the timing belt broke and destroyed the motor and I was well within my warranty limits and had all the regular maintenance done to it and they denied my claim and do not want to help me fix it want me to pay money to help them fix it when my warranty states that they will fix the problem now theyre refusing the claim after talking to the home office and the insurance company that US auto sales re... read more
