I want some simple information and the chat agent would not provide it. I refused to provide my contact information and the representative closed the chat. I would not recommend business with this organization. They are money hungry and do not care about their customers; most car dealers do not but for this dealership, it is highly apparent. Trash. The whole business. After notifying them of my homelessness due to a depression caused after loosing my child, I began attempting to rectify the situation. 29th of May I made one full car payment in the amount of ******. On the 30th my car was beeping because they wanted more money. On the 31st my engine was disconnected leaving my boyfriend stranded making him late for work. I paid them 428 more dollars. I purchase a car from US Auto sales on 4/20/22 (2) days later check engine light came on and I took it to pep boys like they requested they fixed it temporarily and then the check engine light came back on a day later and now the ** is went out and it's been 3 weeks without ac in the dead of summer time. I cane down to ***** location and there's nothing they've been doing to fix it. Now i have to wait till Monday to hear something back on what they are going to do.

I first purchased a car from US Auto Sales (2015 Equinox) on April 15th, 2022. The car went out 3 days later. I had to go through the whole process of getting it towed to *** Boys for *** Boys to come to me a week later to say it's an engine issue and they don't fix that. So US Auto finally agreed to give me five days to switch out to another car. I ended up switching to a 2016 ******* Santa Fe Sport on April 30th, 2022. I am an employer attempting to send an income verification for a current customer of **********************. She was given a fax number for us to use to send her verification. I faxed it the same day she requested it, when she was still in the office. That was Friday 4/29/2022. Today is Tuesday, May 3. This morning, she came in and said when she called, they had not received the fax (despite my fax server telling me it was complete on Friday). She said they asked her to have me email it. Basically told me that I had to purchase another car from them to be able to sign off of the **** escape and now I've been having a problem with the Cadillac converter had the car less than one year so that was a pre-existing problem but they will not fix it for me to text it it will cost $3,200. Bad business. I brought a car in Jan. 2022. Drove the car for 3 weeks. Got put in shop. Now its the end of April and my car is still in shop. Car been in shop more than I even drove it since I got it.

I got an approval to get my car refinanced with the credit union since my credit score had improved significantly over the 3 years that I have had been financed with them .My car was running perfectly fine, had just passed inspection 3 days prior, *** has replaced my engine last year due to a recall, and my battery ,alternator and starter are all new.
