They have allocated my payments incorrectly numerous times! They are stealing! They are telling me now that I am behind $304 on CPI payments and they were very rude as well. I send in my banking statement to prove that they are wrong and NOTHING has been done. I'm all my years I have never seen a dealership that doesn't have options for car payment. I have not missed a payment but as soon as I come up short there is a problem. So I made a partial payment and they told me that my vehicle will be disabled bc I don't have 23.00 to pay and when I do get it it will shut off in 5 days if I don't have the rest. I got into a car accident a few months ago and my insurance paid partial of the vehicle. US Auto Sales stated they will pay the rest using gap insurance and it hasn't gotten paid. It's been 5 months and my credit is going down more and more each day. I've called so many representatives and NOBODY has helped me. It's ridiculous knowing the fact that I have never missed one payment and this is how a great customer gets treated!

i purchased a vehicle 5 days ago, yesterday going down the hwy I experienced some shaking at speed of 85 mph. I called the Snellville location, and explained what happened. I was told by Ms Laverne that that is not their concern, call warranty dept. Well today I get a call from Chris mgr. saying how is the car? I told him my issue. he told me that's not their issue, call warranty. He was calling for me to bring in the car because it had not yet passed emissions. I had issues with us auto sales on so many occasions. The us auto sales on East independence is by far the worse. They claim they pay you for referrals. I sent them a customer in February. The referral was 200, it's august! And I still haven't received . I went to the dealership 3 weeks ago. And the new General manager Eddie *****. Said and I quote ( I'm gonna stop paying out these referrals, but assures me that I will receive a check! Wrong, that was 3 weeks ago🤦🏽🤦🏽🤦🏽🤦🏽

This is a warning to anyone thinking about getting vehicle from this company....STAY FAR, FAR, AWAY. So my story is a simple one. I went in to purchase a 2015 dodge grand caravan sxt. The car itself in located at the lot in Georgia. I was told it would take 2-3 days to bring vehicle up to test drive and take home. So i was asked to leave a deposit on the car .
