This has been the worst experience ever with a finance company. I have had numerous issues since I got my car in 2018 including having to purchase a $400 key from Nissan because the dealership gave me faulty keys. And that was only a few months after my purchase and the company would not take responsibility. Obviously with Covid many people are hurting financially. I purchase my car 2015. The pay off date was 9/14/2020. I called a week ago to pay off my car. My balance should have been $209. The rep told I owed $1100 because of late fees and a deferment. The late is $110 the rest of balance is suppose to be interest from a deferment from 2016. I never did a deferment and they have no record of one. They have allocated my payments incorrectly numerous times! They are stealing! They are telling me now that I am behind $304 on CPI payments and they were very rude as well. I send in my banking statement to prove that they are wrong and NOTHING has been done. I'm all my years I have never seen a dealership that doesn't have options for car payment. I have not missed a payment but as soon as I come up short there is a problem. So I made a partial payment and they told me that my vehicle will be disabled bc I don't have 23.00 to pay and when I do get it it will shut off in 5 days if I don't have the rest. I got into a car accident a few months ago and my insurance paid partial of the vehicle. US Auto Sales stated they will pay the rest using gap insurance and it hasn't gotten paid. It's been 5 months and my credit is going down more and more each day. I've called so many representatives and NOBODY has helped me. It's ridiculous knowing the fact that I have never missed one payment and this is how a great customer gets treated!

i purchased a vehicle 5 days ago, yesterday going down the hwy I experienced some shaking at speed of 85 mph. I called the Snellville location, and explained what happened. I was told by Ms Laverne that that is not their concern, call warranty dept. Well today I get a call from Chris mgr. saying how is the car? I told him my issue. he told me that's not their issue, call warranty. He was calling for me to bring in the car because it had not yet passed emissions. I had issues with us auto sales on so many occasions. The us auto sales on East independence is by far the worse. They claim they pay you for referrals. I sent them a customer in February. The referral was 200, it's august! And I still haven't received . I went to the dealership 3 weeks ago. And the new General manager Eddie *****. Said and I quote ( I'm gonna stop paying out these referrals, but assures me that I will receive a check! Wrong, that was 3 weeks ago🤦🏽🤦🏽🤦🏽🤦🏽

I have never had an issue with this company maybe because I have NEVER EVER missed a payment. My issue I have now is my car was paid off 2 weeks ago , I was told I would receive my title in 7 days. I have not received my title and now I am getting the run around. I called and they also said the address they have on file is still my old address.
