I have been financing from US Auto for over 3yrs for $530 and still have a loan balance of over $12k. The car isn't even worth $10k. My bank contacted US AUTO around 3/15/2021 to verify a 14day payoff amount and once verified issued me a check. I contacted them today 3/19/2021 to get an address on where to send the check and was told there is no indication that a payoff quote was given and there hadn't been a quote since Jan2021. This company has awful business practices my car payment became do on the 23rd of January 2021 and I called them to get an extension before my car was scheduled to be disabled and was assured if my check had not come because of the mail and Covid 19 they would give an extension. And I was told I had to make partial payment which I told them I was waiting on my check. So then I asked for supervisor for extension and she refused. I Purchased, a car from US Auto Sales. It hasn't been a good experience at all, it first stated when the car acted up after 15 days after I had it, they ask me to pay for it. Bought our car in February 2016. Literally spent an entire day there trying to find a car. We were approved and did all the paperwork. As we are being handed the keys, a manager rushes out to tell us we can't have that car due to a recent change and had to start the process all over again. I'd give zero stars if possible! So many issues with this company. First, the interest on the car was almost as much as the car itself but with no other option, we were forced to go ahead with it. Second, we paid extra for an extended warranty but when the car broke down, they refused to honor that warranty and wouldn't even update us on anything, so in the end both my husband and I lost our jobs and that started a downward spiral of now being in staggering debt! I am highly upset with US Auto. My car would not crank last Friday because of a faulty wire on the passtime. I had to get it towed to a dealership then. Here we are a week later and I still don't have transportation. If you look at my records, I pay the note on the car, even through Covid, my hours being reduced drastically, and maintaining the car. Bad business!! they will take your money to sell you a lemon vehicle and you refuse to give a refund!!! RUN FAR AS U CAN FROM THESE PPL!! JOSEPH "Jody" ***** is the main person to take your money and refuse a refund when he sells you a messed up vehicle. Jody wrong for taking ppl hard earned working money just to have them in a bind during the pandemic.

This has been the worst experience ever with a finance company. I have had numerous issues since I got my car in 2018 including having to purchase a $400 key from Nissan because the dealership gave me faulty keys. And that was only a few months after my purchase and the company would not take responsibility. Obviously with Covid many people are hurting financially. I purchase my car 2015. The pay off date was 9/14/2020. I called a week ago to pay off my car. My balance should have been $209. The rep told I owed $1100 because of late fees and a deferment. The late is $110 the rest of balance is suppose to be interest from a deferment from 2016. I never did a deferment and they have no record of one.
