There are numerous issues I have had with this company. This past summer I purchased a vehicle from their store, located in Florence SC. I drove 3 hours to get there because they advertised a special they had with the down payment. Of course they take into account your credit etc. That was fine, but we were told that 500 is all we would have to put down, right before coming. Well that was not the case entirely. The Sales staff is nice. However, the problems come in after that. I am a veteran and I bought a car from USAS and transferred my insurance from one car to the car i purchased from them. The first problem was that they attempted to shut my car off because they claim they hadn't received the paperwork showing my insurance which had I not had insurance, I wouldn't have been able to drive home. I am a currently a US auto sales buyer, financing a vehicle. Today I spoke with a customer service representative through US auto sales which ensured me that a minor unnecessary fee would be waived after paying over 800 to pay this month as well as next month. Come to find out she said it was rejected by her supervisor. They sale cars that are not in good condition, and make you pay for the repairs. I purchased a car sept 27th and 3 days later I been having airbag issues, check engine light, wiring and rotors and break problems and they won't approve repairs . It hard to get in touch with management also corporate this has been stressful I wish I never went to them the worst company ever. Don't Go take your money else where.

HORRIBLE! I found a car I wanted online, eventually wen in to do paperwork and to make my down payment. Well, vehicle after vehicle was not available bust was displayed as available. Finally found one. I was approved, put the money down, was going through the whole transit process. The one blonde chick who was playing manager while the manager was off gave me my receipt, I noticed it was the vehicle and my card number but wrong name and address for customer. I purchased a vehicle through you guys on August 27th at the Lithia Springs location. When I inspected the car I noticed a burning smell near the engine and the steering was tight. I was also told by my salesperson that a recall was not completed on the vehicle. I notify my salesperson about the issues that I encountered and he told me to take it to BMW and they will take care of it with no cost to me. I took my vehicle on September 5th. Worst Car place Ever ! Had a car for only one year a 2016 Nissan Altima and my first issue with the car transmission. When I confronted them the say u went over you warranty miles. This how they cover themselves set the warranty miles low so they can use that for an excuse for selling you Garbage!
