I purchased a vehicle through you guys on August 27th at the Lithia Springs location. When I inspected the car I noticed a burning smell near the engine and the steering was tight. I was also told by my salesperson that a recall was not completed on the vehicle. I notify my salesperson about the issues that I encountered and he told me to take it to BMW and they will take care of it with no cost to me. I took my vehicle on September 5th. Worst Car place Ever ! Had a car for only one year a 2016 Nissan Altima and my first issue with the car transmission. When I confronted them the say u went over you warranty miles. This how they cover themselves set the warranty miles low so they can use that for an excuse for selling you Garbage! Come to find out USA auto told me 2016 Nissan Altima known to have bad transmissions . I would not recommend them if they were the last car dealership on earth. I been battling for months now since i got my vehicle in Dec 2018 that i have had full coverage insurance that i would not pay additional money to them for any type of Collateral insurance. I paid $544 on August 1st, 2019 which they were only suppose to take $406. So i had to go through my credit union and dispute the payment. I would not recommend no one to get a car here I've never missed a payment and my payment is 4 days behind and they have disabled the car I missed work today because of this with a car company like this it makes life's hardships worse run far far away from US auto sales I called the first week my car had roaches galore and a few things on the inside broken no one ever returned my calls at all so they truly are all about the money good business has nothing to do with it!!

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! I purchased a vehicle in May, the vehicle stayed in and out of the shop until September. I was still required to make payments even when I did not have a loaner . Everything about US Autosales is horrible! Their " mechanic " was dishonest and tried to intentionally misdiagnose the problem with my vehicle to avoid repairs that needed to be done within the warranty grace period. SCAM! 10/2018 US Auto lied on their ****** on a car I purchased for $18,895 from them. Their ****** shown no repairs was done to a 2011 Acura, RDX 4D Sport Utility vehicle that worth $8,895. The car value dropped because it had 2 painted jobs appraisal offer from ****** $7500
