I bought a car from this company in Athens, Ga. the people there were really nice and worked to get me into my car and the one that I wanted. Also let me do two pick up payments before I started my original payments. Well make a long story short. We're now in the month of October and I am now having to replace a motor on a car that has 86,763 miles on it and I've only had the car for 8 months. I purchased a car on September 13th, 2017. In less than 30 days my check engine light came on. I reported it to the warranty department and they advised me to take it to a shop and have it checked. I would of course be responsible for the 125.00 fee if the repairs were not covered by the warranty as well as the cost. It was determined that the alternator was bad and needed to be replaced. I took the car for the repairs and the wrong alternator was sent to the repair shop so I was told that I would have to rent a car plus pay... read more

I purchased a Malibu well over the worth.But I needed a dependable car for work. The same day I had issues with the steering wheel, they told me I can bring it in to the service shop. Since I had just started a new job I had to figure out when I could make that happen seeing as though they only take cars between 8-12, and my schedule is 8-5. This is by far the worse experience I have had in financing a vehicle. Bought a 2012 Chrysler 200 on 04/16/2014. As if today 04/21/17 I have paid nearly $15,000 into this car that is NOT even worth nor was worth near that amount when I first bought it and have 2 years left of payments of $415.00 a month! Just CRAZINESS. I have read numerous complaints from other consumers off of multiple websites with all the similar problems I have. Worst by far! Stuck in a parking lot for 45 min because they refuse to do their job with the insurance information provided they have been sent insurance information tines with the info requested I have two vehicles with them with the same insurance info THE SAME!!!!!!!! AND I CONTINUE TO BE TOLD ON ONE VEHICLE I HAVE TO PAY A 50 BIWEEKLY COLLATERAL INSURANCE! I will NOT advise anybody to get a car from US AUTO SALES! I got my car NOVEMBER 11th, 2016. December 11th, 2016 made a FULL MONTH! I kept smelling something, like oil was burning. December 25th, 2016 I drove from ATL to AUG. By the time I made it to AUGUSTA, check engine light was on. Stated I needed oil in my car. The oil stick was DRY, meaning no oil was in my car. I think Us Auto sales takes full advantage of the people in need of transportation, I think because they self finance they can jack up prices of vehicles as they please which i think is awful. I am currently paying 20k on a 2007 Toyota Avalon. The vehicle engine is fine but everything else started falling apart as soon as a few weeks off the lot. On last Thursday November 17th, my 2014 Nissan Altima was repossessed from outside of my apartment. I have been in communication with the collection representative by the name of Frenchie. We bought a van from this company about 3 years ago before we moved. We have had the same issues since we purchased it. We were immediately given the runaround about where we could take the vehicle to have it fixed since we were "so called" covered under a warranty. To add insult to injury, we recently found out we are the 4th owners of a car that we are paying a new car price for. We are paying as if we bought it brand spanking new!!!!
