I think this is the worst car dealership i have EVER dealt with. Their prices are ridiculous and they lie about the condition of the vehicle. They rig the cars just so they can pass the inspection so someone will buy them. I believe thos company needs to be shut down.

I drove 7 hours to do business with this particular location due to a praise report from someone. I arrived and was surprised with a $1100 down payment they wanted after told it would be zero....I was told $750 of this could be deferred over a month. I was not expecting to put a down payment so definitely would not have driven this far to come home empty handed. I advised the salesman Brett. I WENT TO LOCATION ON MEMORIAL DRIVE AND MY SALES LADY WAS LATASHA L*** SHE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND POLITE AND WALKED ME THROUGH THE DEAL STEP BY STEP.. THE MAIN ISSUE IS THE MANGER BY NAME OF ANTHONY HE IS VERY PUSHY AND OVER THE TOP.. HE TOLD ME THE BANK WOULD NOT APPROVED MY DEAL UNLESS I PAID FOR A 3000 WARRANTY THAT I DIDN'T NEED CAUSE THE CAR HAD LOW MILES.. I ALMOST WALKED TILL LATASHA WALKED ME OUTSIDE N SAID ITS NOT MANDATORY..SHE WAS VERY KIND AND PATIENT.I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HER AND NOT ANTHONY
Do not do business with this company, I got my car in may 2017, when I went to us auto sales I let them know that I needed something that was dependable as I have 2 disabled children and i am also disabled myself, by February 2018, I started having problems with the catalytic converter, I had to pay $800 for repairs, then a month later I had to pay another $530 for the camshaft and crankshaft sensor to be fixed, then a few weeks later I had to pay another $260 to replace the long power steering hose, then I had to pay anothe... read more

These guys are awesome. Brett was fantastic and helped me pick the car of my dreams. If you ever need a new car, these are the guys you need to go see first because they'll get you into a new car you didn't think was possible. Ask for Brett
This by far has to be the biggest joke of a company I have seen. From the unprofessional salesmen they hire to the way they do business in the customer service center. I have had nothing but problems from them since day one. From the so called referral bonus of $200 that we were suppose to get and to this day never have. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, MY WIFE TOOK OUR CAR IN FOR A WARRANTY REPAIR, AND ENDED UP NEEDING A RENTAL. THEY WOULD NOT PROVIDE ONE, MY WIFE WHO IS VERY PREGNANT HAD TO FIND HER OWN RENTAL WHICH IS FINE, BUT UPON FINDING ONE THEY WOULD NOT TAKE HER TO GET IT. Hello I purchased a car from US Auto in Union city. I traded in my current car for a 2013 Nissan Altima. A week later I had to go to the dealership for a I key system error. They ended up not being able to fix it so I had to take it to Nissan. At first they tried to make me pay for it but I was giving the car like that so I was not going to pay for it .
