UPMC ... delivers Life Changing Medicine ..... I guess it does, when your husband's company decides to cheapen down the health care provider we pay into also, and sets us up with Community Blue. I f someone could actually be of customer service, it would have been nice to have been informed of an innocent mix up between 2 bills. One from UPMC Physician Services and an actual bill from the UPMC emergency room. Do you think that anyone could have notified me before you turn someone in to a COLLECTION Agency? But NO! I am very impressed with dr. Nguyen of St. Margaret's, my nephrologist I am also quite impressed with Dr. Sharma of Shadyside Hospital, my cardiologist And last but not least Dr. Gottron of UPMC Monroeville, my. Primary care doctor who has helped me with several health issues. Thanks to all of you!
recently was at upmc shadyside hosp. and Iam going to tell you what a great wonderfull place. Ihave been to a lot of hospitals in the last 12 years and shadyside is far best then the rest. you are treated with so much respect and high quality care it blows your mine and my soon to be wife they took great care to make sure she was at ease with what was going on with me. The cardiologist's at UPMC, Beaver, saved my life, and the care I received, was phenomenal.there were several major challenges and they met them all. I thank them every day, for their knowledge and their care.
