$200 for the privilege of waiting in the emergency room for 2 hours and being seen by no-one. 2 months of emails and phone calls being ignored then a letter threatening debt collectors. One star is way too high for UPMC.
Considering I was discharged with an un diagnosed infection, one you ONLY get in a hospital and nearly died, can't give a positive review

I sure hope that UPMC gets off their high horses and negotiates a continuation with Highmark. The ONLY ones you are hurting are the people.
A big thank you to Amanda, RN L&D for your exceptional care during my stay! I could not have asked for a better nurse for my time of labor. Thanks for keeping me laughing during the whole stay and putting up with my craziness! Recieving the congratulations card when I got home was also so sweet! Paris loves her little sister (we hope)! We named her Irelynn Hope... no its not after a security guard this time! ;)
