The nurses, patient care technicians, and housekeeping were amazing. They provided excellent care and made my stay very welcome and comfortable during a difficult time.
My husband was in ER and then admitted to 5 West during the week of New Years----His Doctors and the Nursing Staff were unbelievably professional, kind, dedicated and compassionate. Thank you so very much for the treatment that you so caringly gave him. We are most grateful.
I love UPMC Hospitals and doctors. I felt safe and privileged to live in a city with such a terrific medical system. Then they started all the threating advertisement and excluding our bcbs insurance and now I can't stand to listen to their ads. They need to fire their ceo and let us Pittsburghers back into their network and stop threating me with "like my life depended on it "

Top notch hospital with a great staff.....
I had ortho surgery by Dr Kang on my lower spine, was at UPMC Montefiore for 4 days. All staff from the doctors to the nurses, to the PT staff to the aides, and even housekeeping were great. Im glad I researched my options and chose UPMC...I'd go there again.
