i love it hear in monroeville .. the staff is so nice and helpful and i volenteer hear and even when i am not feeling good they help me out alound when i am working or sick they are the best hosptail
Best hospital saved my life 2 times
The ICU doctors and staff were fantastic.
2 stars are not for the staff and the care. That is more than adequate. The low rating is for UPMC and the way they operate. They harass people about bills even when receiving regular payments. They also turn accounts over to a collection agency regardless of payments being made.
I have had the absolute best medical care following my kidney transplant on Sunday. I don't know how I could ever say thank you enough to the surgeons and staff. Especially the nurses on 12 N. Everyone of them is a true Angel sent from above.

Great place they are really nice and saved both my grandparents lives
They found me unconsciuos on the bathroom floor after a thyroid surgery when I requested the nurse to stay with me in the bathroom. After that they moved me to the ICU, I couldn't see neither answer easy questions when I woke up, so they sent me for some scans and another day in the ICU. Now I get all the bills. You didn't care enough about me...
HORRIBLE ER EXPIERENCE! WAS ESCORTED OUT OF ER BY SECURITY! BECAUSE WE WANTED TO STAY 30MINS MORE TILL DRUG THEY HAD THROWN OUR WAY TOOK AFFECT WOULD NOT ALLOW THIS..LETS SEE WHAT ACTION IS TAKEN.
