I was in that hospital around November 1-5, 2012. I had problems with the afternoon shift. Nurse etc. They transferred me to Washington County Health Center. Because of a Anxiety disorder. I asked them not to put me in the ambulance at night. They waited all day and sent me at night. I was leaving. The nurse gave me a pill. I seen dead people. I recognize this nurse. I would not recommend Hamot at all...the fact that my man is in here and the male nurse in here is rude he asked me to get up and bring something to him so he didn't have to come in the room...then he asked for a sandwich n a drink..he came in and just threw it in the table n bounced leaving our door wide open...I don't know what his problem was but umma make sure he knows about it....#pissed...
My brother took our mother to see Drs. Carty and Hodak for her hyperparathyriodism...they were nasty, and refused to do anything, so she went to the Cleveland Clinic, like I recommended in the FIRST place...doctors there are AWESOME, and she will have surgery in a WEEK! UPMC sucks!
My wife and I were life flighted to UPMC Mercy on March 20th 2012 with severe smoke inhalation. The burn unit ICU saved our lives. We are now fully recovered, and very grateful to UPMC Doctors, Nurses, and Staff. Kudos to Chris(tine)? the lady chaplain as well.
Magee Hospital GI clinic, Dr. Janet Harrison whom has given me great care and management of my illness and her collaberative nurse, Lou Ann Lobert, RN. I do not know what I would do without her, she is truly a patient advocate and has gone above and beyond in proving top notch care! Thank You.
