UPMC has the best doctors, nurses, and staff. I've still see 9 doctors over there at Presby. My neuro surgeons are amazing, my neurologist is amazing, my two eye doctors are great, my doctor who helps with my hearing, amazing, my migraine doctor, amazing, and my other great doctors I've seen once or twice for smaller problems. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Keep up the great work UPMC!
I had my first heart catherization yesterday... I wanted to thank EVERY SINGLE person I met at UPMC Shadyside for making it a pleasant experience. Everyone was awesome!!!
Your nurses are great. But your billing department is stupid. You guys are causing my wife family and I a ton of stress. You don't reply to anything. Such as calls, letter, emails or anything. do you want smoke signal's.
