Reading the reviews I see lots of mixed comments...almost feel a little guilty about a rave review. I have nothing but good things to say about the services I receive at the University campus & the Memorial campus. The Doctors & the staff are wonderful, professional, caring & pleasant to deal with. My feel I am being well cared for and trust my "disease management" to my Pulmonology & Rheumatology doctors. Had surgery yesterday with Dr. Brown. Everyone was amazing. Great staff and team there. Awesome anesthesiologist who explained everything to me. It was my first time with anesthesia or having surgery. They completely put me at ease.
Yesterday, My husband and I went to the diabetics walk and did the 3 mile walk and was feeling really good .
It was horrible I waited in the ER waiting room from 4pm till 10:40pm & by 11pm I was already home .. they didn't even bother to run any test on me ..
I wasn't at UMASS as a patient so I am unsure as to what this is refering to
Went to the ER last night great care by the doctor but the nurses were awful:/ it took 4 hours just to get a blanket and it wasn't even my nurse that gave me one. The nurses there were too busy to see how I was doing sad
