Both my son and I are frequent flyers here, kidney transplant, IBS, thyroid issues, and a tinge of curable skin cancer for me and acne and scoliosis for him. All our doctors are amazing! Dr. Wiss, Dr. P.Y. Fan, Dr. Arum, Dr. Barry! Even our PCP's are now UMASS affiliates.
I can't say enough about the nurses, The aides , & all the other personnel who helped us get through a very difficult time. Without exception, they were and are fantastic, not only for the patient, but for their genuine concern for the family. Granger 2 you are the best!
I came in ambulantory to emergency, was admitted and brought up to my room. The nurses and Doctors were great and had wonderful sense of humor. One must remember, you get the attitude you use! Even though you're in pain or not feeling good treat people with respect they treat you with respect!

This was not our first trip here but everything went smoothe, from the parking to the reception staff to the Dr. We didn't have very long of a wait and we recommend this facility to anyone who wants a top notch experience.
