The staff were excellent, took great care of me. And kept me well informed of what was going on. And the new observation wing down stairs was out of this world and the staff treated me very well
When you have to go to any part of U - Mass Hospital now or deal with the horrible waiting, lack of communication, respect and finally Medical Treatment, it's enough to say what the hell happened to U-Mass it use to be such a GOOD HOSPITAL, now for major reasons like Serjury for myself and Mother we go to BRIGHAM WOMEN HOSPITAL in BOSTON MA.

Lo unico que no megusta es la espera por que si la cita es para las 9 deven de a tender puntual o quiza 5 o 10 minutos tarde pero 1\2hora mas tarde no esjusto por que si uno llega ese tiempo tarde de 5 minutos no tequieren atender y otra cosa ponga olor en las sala de espera por por que ay pasiente que fuma y ese olor se preneta en el cuarto de espera y a vemos personas como yo que ese olor nos hace deanos pero en todo lo demas esta muy bien gracias por preguntar DLBM
It was excellent I can not thanks them enough to save my husband life. He went in with a massive heart attack. They were amazing and quick responded to save his life. I wish things were like that every where in the world. The staff was owesome. Drs were great.
I have found all the stuff to be kind professional caring understanding and willing to listen to what you have to say and take it into consideration and unfortunately I have been in many departments of UMass
