Worst hospital stay, worse than St V's. No CNA'S available to help 7th floor, rm #734, awful food service, ice cold and late 9:30AM oat ealing, no supper at all, had to eat Rice Crispier and lukewarm warm chicken soup. No coffee. This just plain stinks.
For the ambulatory for Chemotherapy they were excellent. Nancy was our nurse she was great.
In and out of radiology fast, less than an hour from beginning to on my way home.
My son received outstanding care both in the ER and the ICU. They saved his life, for which I am eternally grateful.
They treated my mom well when she had to be transferred there and to me that's all that mattered.
Im still here but i love this hospital. I come here eveeytime im sick. Ive gave birth to both my kids here. Great staff. Very clean. Super friendly. The food could be a little better but i recommend this hospital to all.
Thank you, Umass for taking good care of me yesterday. You guys rock! God bless all your staff, nurses & Doctors!
