This was not our first trip here but everything went smoothe, from the parking to the reception staff to the Dr. We didn't have very long of a wait and we recommend this facility to anyone who wants a top notch experience.
I've been going to UMass since it opened. Been with the same primary doctor, Dr Fournier, he has been wonderful. Most of the staff has always been great at umass. Of course there is one bad apple in every bunch. Seems people always remember that one bad experience and forget all the wonderful experiences they have. I'm very happy and grateful for umass. Thank u all.

Best place ever. Dr Diwan is the best orthopedic traumatologist ever.
Follow up from recent surgery group meeting Narmin the nutritionist took the time and explained things and very helpful on what to expect next?
