The workers are not friendly. People who are there are sick and don't feel good. Last thing they want is people being rude to them.
Been using UMMC for the past 39 years. I guess that says something.......
While i have had many experiences for health reasons I can honestly say all but only 1(but I wouldn't bad mouth the person out of respect - life is too short), have been 5☆ thank you to all Umass staff, doctors, nurses, cna, secretary, hosts, volunteers and many more!
Great care nurses and staff very nice never had to call for anything
