I had spinal surgery September 8 with Dr Pennings at the University Campus. From the moment I walked in to the OR check in for my surgery I was treated with star quality care .. From the check in to the SACU and PACU , OR and to the 4rth floor they were amazing. The Doctors, Nurses , Techs , CNA's and kitchen staff were attentive and caring . The nurses doctors and volunteers are awesome here. They are doing the lords work.
Rather not took my son three times still no answers fourth time went straight to worc tonight needs to be more consistant some of the staff are ok use to work there
Here now with my fiancé due to a complication from his liver cirrhosis as we're waiting for his transplant surgery.... the doctors and nurses are amazing but the PCA's on his unit are horrible!!! Not once have they come in to offer their assistance with linens or any other personal need and when you ask them for something small that's part of their job they have an attitude!!! They lack compassion and empathy for the patients they're there to take care of!!
No one wants to be in the hospital, but when you are ill, and need help, it's the best and right place to be. Emergency Room staff was attentive and explained about the action plan. Admitted to 6Th floor 615A and had excellent care starting with medical team, specially Dr. S. Reynolds, MD. Admission to 615A and discharge by Veronika K., RN, and also during the day, care by Jane, RN. Thankful one more time for the excellent care in time of need. 🙏
Horrible nurse kevin in ER ... came to put my Iv in and was coughing everywhere... got blood all over floor& the bed... never checked on me I needed to go out to him.. mind you I am 16 weeks pregnant and have severe backpain...HE DIDNT WEAR GLOVES OR WASH HANDS BETWEEN PTS! I'll never go back to umass marlborough
