I had an appointment at the lung & allergy center. The two technicians were very friendly and professional. Then I went to the lab and they too were friendly and professional. I expected to be there longer than I was. It went very well. Thank you ladies.
2 times this year and both times I had excellent care. 99% of the staff in all areas have been great, attentive and above average bed side manner. My only negative was a 4 hour wait at ER during my first visit but it is hard for me to blame Umass for that very busy night
