The nurses and doctors are wonderful. Dr. Walker is an incredible surgeon. My father was taken to the ER with a heart attack and then had to have a quadruple bypass a few days later. He is doing great and it's all thanks to everyone who works at UMass. Thank you to all for the wonderful care you have given him, I couldn't be more grateful.

Just took 55 minutes to be brought into a room...the care was great once we were there.
Receptionist can't manage to book a test appointment without screwing up. This was in Oncology, and it wasn't the first time.
I will always be grateful to the nurses of the infusion center, they are so kind and compassionate, the check in personal at the desk too! I go there every month for my infusion. Thanks a lot!!
Top notch medical facility. A-1 Doctors and Nurses. Emergency room staff rude and lazy.
I had day surgery and I was VERY nervous. The day surgery nurses were very kind and took good care of me in a respectful amount of time. The anesthesiologist was also respectful and listened to my concerns and they were nice when giving me the IV even with my phobia of needles. Problems: I had an awful roommate that yelled and complained and spilled ginger ale everywhere, and I wish my surgeon talked to me a little more before and after the surgery.
