Friendly helpful people, around the clock service, & most importantly state of the art health care.
My daughter was originally seen in the pediatric ed. The doctor and nurse who cared for her were wonderful. She was admitted to the pediatric floor where we saw multiple groups of doctors. All of these doctors, of different specialties, treated both of us with care and respect. I will not take my family anywhere else. The staff at this teaching facility is the best example of what medical professionals should be.
We came from Western NY to meet with Dr. Schanzer in Vasuclar Surger and Dr. Carlson from Cardiology. From the first phone call to arrange the appointments, to the moment we left the building, we were treated exceptionally well. Everyone we encountered, from the valet staff, to the information desks, the receptionists and all of the clinical staff were nothing but pleasant, accommodating and made us feel that they were there for us, that we weren't just another patient.
