I can only comment on the ER since it is the only reason we have come here. Every time we have come we have had pretty good experience, nice nurses and doctors. Sometimes it can feel like you wait a long time but this is a small hospital and ER's service by urgency. Every time we had an more urgent matter we were seen right away. I choose to go here over some other places like Emerson because I never felt like the bills I would get later were extremely exorbitant.
New Cdu floor is very nice but no windows is not so nice. Never received a patient care package had to ask twice
The nurses and staff almost seemed like family after a solid three week stay.
UMass dialysis medical teams are amazing. You ladies take great pride in your career and in your patients you treat them with the greatest respect and care Thank you
