Wouldn't recommend this hospital at all!!! My friend had her son on Tuesday!!! They gave her morphine in labor and then called dcf and told them the baby was strung out on drugs worst hospital I ever been!! All I'm saying is she is deff sueing this place not to mention she can't even walk after giving birth here bcuz they fucked up her epidural!!! this is the worst hospital i have ever been in. they are very unproffesional and make the patients family feel like they are not welcome. the staff are the most inpersoal and coldhearted people i have ever come across in any hospital. they need to not be stuck in the dark ages when it comes to both bedside manner and patient care. i will never recomend this hospital to ANYONE EVER THEY ARE THE WORST
My husband was there for 2 weeks. He was treated well by the nurses and Lucy our aid was AWESOME!!!! Thank you for the bed. Even Lordes the housekeeper was AWESOME !!!! She brought a newspaper every day and wished us well as she cleaned the room .... One very classy/respectable woman .... Thank you Lordes !!!!
The staff at UMass saved my life a few months ago!!! Special thanks to Dr Kelly and Dr Papa...also the wonderful nurses of the ICU...
Well, I called the Dermatology department about 4 weeks ago for an appointment to have suspicious marks on my face and neck checked out. they told me they had no openings but would have someone call me. A nurse called a few days later and asked if I would be willing to see an NP. I said yes. She said she would call me back with an appointment date. I never heard from her.
