Waited for about two hours, with bad pain in my daughter's foot, in "emergency" (why do they even bother to call it emergency if service is slower than regular service) to have an x-ray and taken care. Good luck and patience to others who "God forbid" will have to use their service.
I want to thank everyone at the Ayer and Littleton fire and police departments as well as the UMASS neuro team, Lowell general and Fairlawn rehab center for having a hand in getting Jonny and I home healthy to continue our lives. Whether it be another beautiful year or 80 we are beaming with love for life. We are so grateful you chose the difficult but life saving jobs you chose.
Dr Richard Palken is the best primary doctor. Saved my mother's life! Thank you so much for all that you do Dr Palken. I have never meet a doctor who listens to you so intently. UMass is a better hospital because of Dr's like Dr Richard Palken.
Horrible service given by doctors/nurses who have no clue what they are doing!
Completely disgusted with service . I am waiting in the er to be seen and it has been 3 and a half hours before I have even been seen . I came in with chest pain and difficulty catching my breath due to pneumonia . People who have come in after me have already been seen . I absolutely hate this place !!!!
My daughter tested gravity and lost...needless to say 3 stitches later. The entire staff from the pediatric ER was amazing! Hope to never need these services again but if so I know where I'm going
This has got to be the worst ER in the state. Every time we come here we end up waiting for ever to be seen. Today we've been waiting for 4 hours. The last time we came here we waiting for over 6 hours, my wife had a pain scale of a 10+ and it took her passing out in the bathroom to be seen. If I could give negative stars I would. This place is a joke.
