Last Thursday, I had an appointment with the service center for the airbag recall. Because of my work schedule, I had to change my appointment twice (basically, I was "on the books" for about three weeks total). I do not live close to a Toyota dealership, so I had to make a long trip to have this service taken care of. 5 Stars for Jeremy Melton! We have purchased 3 vehicles from him and he is a pleasure to work with. He is honest and straight forward. I never felt like he was pressuring me or trying to "pull the wool over my eyes". He was available and addressed all my answers and concerns. He rocks and I tell all my friends to go see him if they are looking for a new car. As for the service department, I can't give them 5 stars. I have bought 3 cars for Jeremy Melton. He is one of a kind. He is the best sales guy who I'd like to say is a friend now after the wonderful experience I have had buying a car and 2 trucks from him. I wouldn't want to deal with anyone else. He always gets right into the solution with any issues needing attention. Now if I could rate the service and detail department it wouldn't get but a 1 star. Horrible customer service! Negotiated over the phone and online and asked to have a truck held for 5 days so that we could drive an hour down to look at it. They gladly took $$ to hold it and said the deposit would be refundable, but when some red flags came up and we backed out, they were very rude. Business deals fall through all the time and my husband didn't need a lecture from Mr. Don about how he will not hold a used car for a customer again. Have had the new Rav4 for only a couple of days but wanted to relay my experience and give some accolades to Rock Hill Toyota, and in particular Sales/Advisor Jerry Cole and Financial Manager Andre Andrews. On the sales side, Jerry Cole was exceptional to deal with. His background in retail and management relationships shows in his interactions and demeanor. Went in to buy a used car. First they said we didn't have to take the power train warranty said it was optional then they said we had to or they wouldn't sell it. They let us walk out cash in hand over a warranty we choose not to take. Guess they will keep the car on the lot for awhile longer. We didn't buy . Not a good experience.

Be advised don't have nothing to do with Toyota of lugoff s.c I was a passenger in a 2017 Corolla the lady I was with hit a tree and the air bags never deployed!!!! I have asked what could have been the problem and the manager called me and said that they could get me for slander and I have the pictures of proff !!!! Keep your family safe
