Worst dealership in Rock Hill - please don't waste your time!
Just bought a brand new 2016 4Runner couldn't have asked for a better experience with buying a vehicle! Sales team was great and got us into the vehicle of our dreams! Thank you so much Toyota of Rock Hill!!! We will definitely be back to purchase all of our future vehicles!
Overall, a great experience. I had an issue with my car and they took care of me. I would highly recommend this dealership. It is ran by great people who know what they are doing.(Green Camaro)
Visited thier website and noticed a good selection of the model i was looking for. When i got to the dealership they only had 6 or 7 and saud they could get the others within a few days. I explained i wanted to drive the one listed on the site. I was told i would have to put a deposit down to get the one delivered to that dealership. This is bait and swutch. Our service tech left without telling us. We had to find someone else and he had to figure out where it was left off. An oil change of $46 plus the $26 for the shop waste charge. WOW, $72 for a simple oil change. Window glass went off track was another $170. Such crazy ridiculous charges. We won't be bringing in the vehicles for $72 oil changes anytime soon. We sure hope you listen to some of your loyal customers' complaints seriously.
SERVICE is going down hill. The sheer essence of this location WAS superior service. But after today's experience, I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this location. I have contacted Mike Reidy (Service Director) and left a message with Brenda. Let's see if they will contact me about my concerns. If I had a loyal customer of 8+ years complaining, I would definitely see why, as that would be SUPERIOR SERVICE.
I came for a oil change and I had a airbag light on plus I had a vibration at 60mph. Bumper to bumper warranty mind you, that I bought when I purchased the car here. $194 later I'm leaving. I got charged $55 fee to be told I need a balance done on my tires. Also $18.95 to do a tire rotation with my oil change. Wow. What a rip off. Well Toyota of Rock Hill you just lost a customer.
I called Toyota of Rock Hill yesterday and ask about a recall that is a safety recall on the Tacoma I was told that it was first come first serve on getting new leaf springs. I did not buy that answer so I called corporate and got them involved in it and they finally put my name and number down to let me know when the new leaf springs would come in, it's sad that they give you a run around.
