Have always been skeptical of getting quality service at a large dealership. My experience could not have been better. Lauren was very professional. She kept in touch with me letting me know what was being done to figure out my cars problem and than how it was to be resolved. She went the “extra mile” for me. I am skeptical no longer. Had a check engine and trac off alarm in on my dashboard . Did some research found the error code was p2442. Read a lot about this and how this was and was not covered under warranty lot of different Tacoma drivers having this issue and Tundra drivers. Called Toyota of Rock Hill, they asked for my VIN number said that it was still under warranty and could repair it even gave me a loaner to drive to work. Purchased a 2018 Tacoma Trd Off Road from Toyota Tom. I have purchased several new cars and he made the entire transaction flawless. I had a very limited schedule and Tom made it work. I highly recommend you talk to to Tom if you are looking at a new Toyota. I had one small issue and he fixed it immediately.
The service today was very good. Costs were reasonable. Scott was friendly and responsive to my concerns.
First of all we purchased my Tacoma at Toyoto of Rock Hill. We have had the extended warranty complimentary oil change and tire rotation done each time the schedule states that it is time. The last two times I have had to tell the customer service representatives that my oil change is still part of my package. Both times they looked it up and said you were right Mr. Buffington, your oil change is complimentary today. I have always had exceptional service at Toyota of Rock Hill. I took my Sienna in today ,got the 15000 mile check up and had them do interior detailing. Inside my van looks just like it did the day I bought it! Everyone is always friendly and ready to help you.
I do not like when they say everything wrong about my car I do not like that at all I know they're looking out for my safety but still I don't have the money
