Toyota of Rock Hill service was prompt, friendly and professional. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The service rep did try to up-sell a service that I didn’t need but wasn’t pushy or deceptive about it (I’m sure management requires their reps to try to up-sell) All in all a not unpleasant experience.

Tim Evans in the service dept was really great! Very personable & professional. I thought I only had 1 recall on my car that needed to be taken care of, but there were 2 others that Tim notified me about. The service was much quicker thank I expected also. Because of the excellent service, I will definitely think of them when I buy a new car next year.

Always friendly! Always helpful! I was beyond elated today, while waiting in the waiting area observing other customers being served by Toyota employees, when I observed 2 male employees with mild special needs assisting customers!!! They were doing a tremendous job for Toyota and this truly made my heart Smile, because NO ONE should limit anyone with a mental or physical impairment! EVERYONE deserves an opportunity!!
