Last service to change oil ended up with truck having to be towed due to oil leaking. Found out when oil was being put in spout came out and covered engine.Tires were suppose to be rotated but were not. Then had to make third trip to have bolts put in skid cover because they were left out. Good experience with Scott Baker. Told him I would give them another chance. Had appointment this morning for oil change and tire rotation. Service writer came to me and said they could not get one of lug nuts off for fear of breaking stud... read more
