1st off why do customers need to schedule an appointment when all they are going to have to do is sit there anyway for almost 3 hours!!! yall obviously need a better option for running things. not to mention I asked for them to vacuum my car and seeing it took almost 3 hours to get my oil changed I figured they would... ya know good customer service.... I won't speak for sales , but I wouldn't use their service department if it can be avoided! My service advisor was apparently put on shuttle duty after he wrote the car up. I couldn't leave until I got my keys back. Since he wasn't there to do it I had to wait for him to come back because no one could be bothered to give me my keys and paperwork so I could leave. I wish I could post pictures, but someone named Tyler texted my husband about trading in our car. He started will bad grammar ended with being very unprofessional. I will make sure all of my friends know how Toyota of Rock Hill chooses to do business.
