My husband and I rode out there to look at a Tacoma. We told the saleswoman, who happened to be on the lot what we were looking for. She told us straight out that we would be upside down on a trade just by glancing at our truck. I felt very disrespected and thought it wasn’t her place to say that. Clearly lost our business because she used the wrong verbiage and headed to another dealership tomorrow.
Tim was Great. First time ever that I didn't mind waiting for my truck. Tim was very professional and made sure I was comfortable while waited. Only problem was the popcorn. Just kidding. I had 2 bags. It was awesome. LOL. Other dealers could learn a whole bunch about how customer service by visiting Toyota of Rock Hill
Went in for a recall and was immediately greeter by Alonzo. Although the part took 4 hours to replace they were extremely accommodating whf offering us transportation and back anywhere in the surrounding area. Comfortable waiting area. Very friendly staff.

I had the best car buying experience at the Rock Hill dealership. The sales person Frank was just fantastic, he actually listened what we needed and wanted. We got a great deal (if we don't, at least we feel we have), an awesome sales man and it was actually fun to deal with Frank. I will buy there again if I am in need of a new car again.
Drove home Wednesday from work with no brakes, so Ricky had to fix that problem. I fixed it by going to Toyota of Rock Hill on Thursday. they got me into something that will not have trouble for many years to come. They were kind and nice and stayed till 10pm just to get it all fixed up right. Thanks guys for all the help it was much appreciated. And thanks to your families for me causing you to be late and missing out on valuable family time.
