I went in to Rock Hill Toyota Thursday 7 April 2016 to purchase a 2016 Tundra. I pretended to not know my payoff and NADA value of my 2013 Toyota Tundra. With the sole purpose to see how honest the sales people are at this dealership. This was my first visit so I like to see what I'm working with. Needless to say they failed every test. I recently have purchased a Scion IA from Toyota of Rock Hill as a first car. I would have to say that my salesman was so great. He deserves the full 5 stars and more. The service department, on the other hand, not so great. I had the car maybe 2 weeks and a whole bunch of my lights would randomly come on, so naturally I took it back to have it looked at. The salesman lied to us several times about the inspection being done , then when we requested to have in writing that once the inspection was done if we did not want to move forward the manager said he would do it then LEFT without doing it so after two hours of going around finally someone agreed to put it in writing. Nothing like coming in for my 3 month old car's "free" toyotacare maintenance and after waiting an hour and a half being told You have to get a new tires your car is unsafe!!! Such crap!! I will just pay for my regular maintenance from now on instead of dealing with this place ever again because they obviously make sure they get paid for you coming in.

I never write reviews, but this is the Second truck I have purchased in less than 90 days from this dealership. This dealership has top staff to make your buying experience easy.
