Me and my wife had an awesome experience dealing with the guys at Toyota of Rock Hill. With the purchase of the car and the service team has been awesome since the purchase of the vehicle. Like to say thanks to the manager Mike Holland and to Dave Kitts in service . Look forward to dealing with you guys again on my next purchase.
Worst customer service ever! Long story but after many phone calls, visits an arguments They have now had my car for 48 hours an noone has even bothered to call an update me. I called them an after being passed around twenty times noone can tell me anything.... I spoke with the GM who told me he would handle it that was 48 hours ago! The only redemming quality is a service guy named Bob who has atleast tried to help.. I will tell anyone loudly an often to NOT do business here.
EVERYONE! Listen up! Toyota of Rock Hill is one of the best car dealerships I've been to yet! Everyone there is so helpful and they really care about about there customers! You all should pay a visit to this place and ask for a Mr. Felix Collins! He helped my get into my 2015 Tacoma with absolutely no issues!! Please share this everyone, I need 100 people to share!
They took very good care of me the sales staff was very courteous even when I wasn't their customer.

Worse service ever I was there for a oil change and new wiper blades. Was there for 2 hours and 10 min when I got there 3 other people sitting in lobby. Ticket open at 14:55 closed at 16:57 very unhappy.
Service department 5 stars!! Technicians will do what it takes to make customer happy if requested ! If you are not happy .. Ask to ride/talk to tech who is fixing car like I did.
They have the worse customer service. I miss the old dealership in rock hill.
Service department SUCKS!! First visit they let my car roll off and hit and pole! Then tried a return visit.. Well over an hr for an oil change and were supposed to take us to the mall while we wait and never did! Asked when my car would be ready I got a "soon" and a "we can take you to the mall" again I said okay and 20 minutes later still nothing!!! This place is a joke!! Definitely will not be returning here!!
