I bought a new 2017 Corolla on Dec 2nd. Nice car and all. But the car never came with floor mats. Sales guy ordered them for me. And I when they came in I asked for them to be mailed to me. They couldn't even do that. Weeks go by still nothing in the mail. So the guy said he would bring them to me personally. Once again they still can't do that! Called ahead to see if we could come to service department to get a Check Engine light assessed. They said drove on down, so we did. Got to the shop in 10 minutes and they said that it would be Monday before they could get us in (we are one of two cars at the service pull through). UPDATE: changed review from 1 to 5 Brought 4Runner down to get diagnoses on Check Engine light few days later. Received great service. Thanks Leven Holliman and Tim Fox! Happy to have my faith restored in my local Toyota dealer.
We just bought a used 4Runner from these guys. I'm very happy with the car and the service we received. We purchased the truck as soon as it was traded. It needed a couple cosmetic fixes and to be cleaned. I was a little worried they may not do the best job since the car was already sold. They did a wonderful job and couldn't be more pleased. I am well taken care by Rhonda in service. I first came to Toyota Rock Hill in 2012 to get my 2010 Corolla. Rhonda has been there for me for the past years. In May I bought a new car and although I dont know how I feel about the new car, Rhonda has been there for me every step of the way. Frank in sales was the best salesman ever. I really appreciated the way he helped and talked me off the ledge.
very bad michanic service, they messed my car twice
I am not one to take my vehicle back to the dealership as I feel as it is like going to the dentist. However, I had some issues with some previous brake work from another service center. I had to take my car to the dealership to fix the problem as I was not getting any assistance elsewhere. I scheduled my vehicle, and Toyota of Rock Hill totally changed my mind about taking my car there for service!
