We have five Toyotas is in our family. We have used Toyota of Rock Hill for the last 15 years and never had a bad experience. They are top on my list.
These people took care of two recalls for me. Did good work. They were done quicker than the thought. Washed the car and got me on my way. I’m very pleased with their service.
I’m not a fan of getting my car serviced... past experiences at other dealerships have not always been pleasant. But Toyota of Rockhill totally exceeded my expectations! Great, quick, friendly, above-and-beyond service! I’m so pleased and would give them 10 stars if I could.

I have come here to the Toyota Rock Hill service department because of the piss poor service and attitude I received on numerous occasions at the Toyota of Charlotte on South Blvd. Unfortunately, I still felt like a number and that all the dealership really cares about is their bottom line. We bought our 2016 Highlander from here just before Christmas last year. We went in and tried out a used vehicle and were going to buy that one. But after talking with the sales personnel, they were able to give us a better deal on a brand new car. Have had it serviced here each time it is due, and have had nothing but wonderful treatment and service. Will buy our next vehicle here when that time comes.
I am leasing this vehicle, and had it in for service today, always pleased with quickness and quality of service!!!
