Rock Hill Toyota is lucky to have Sarah! Just purchased a pre-owned car from her and when I say that she worked hard, that is an understatement! Easy service that didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need. They actually, in fact, removed some things I scheduled but didn't.
This was the first checkup on my 2017 RAV4. When I arrived I was met by my service technician. We checked in, went to customer waiting area and enjoyed a cup of coffee. It was busy for an early Saturday morning but my service was completed in just over an hour. I was very satisfied with the service.
Good service. However, I have items missing from my car after service was completed.
