We have lived within Wooten Company apartments for years. The staff at Polo Club are great! Maintence is prompt and respectful. Amenities and locations are great! Would recommend to a friend!
I live in one of Wooten Company properties on south avenue. I love the extra amenities that come with the property. Beautiful swimming pool, ample parking and high speed Wi-Fi. It’s a quite and serene property and pet friendly too.
Delaware on primrose apartments are a quite and very nice place to live. I've lived here over two years and I have had no problems.
We have waited 5 days for the air to be repaired in 100 degree August. The average temp was 95-97 degrees and we can't even get a portable window air installed. The apartment is NOT livable in these conditions. The management say they have NO idea when the HVAC people will even be able to come look at the problem. I have called the corporate management and can't even get a call back. It's not acceptable to pay rent and have no one care if your apartment is even livable. Shame on you Wooten Co. We love the Quail Ridge Townhomes so much, we just signed our third lease. They are very friendly and helpful and maintenance is on top of everything.
The staff are always nice and the say thank you to everyone it's nice to be treated with respect.
The Wooten Company manages my apartment complex, which has been a great place to live these last 8 years, and I'm entering my ninth year now. We've not had any negative experiences with management/staff and the community is nice and quiet. The grounds are well kept and maintenance responds quickly. Overall it's been a pleasant place to live.
The company overall is great. Like every place they will have their ups and downs. They strive to hire great office staff and maintenance. Their apartments throughout the area seem to have great access to local eateries and stores.
I've renewed my lease at East Manor recently for my fourth year here. Wooten Co. has been fairly diligent about providing for tenants needs. The Rountree neighborhood is a great place for my chihuahua Chico and I to walk.
