If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I moved out in June of this year, and communicated to my specific property manager multiple times that I would not be available at my forwarding address until September, and that I would have my phone but not computer during that time. Any time sensitive communications should be done over the phone so I can handle them appropriately. Delaware on primrose apartments are a quite and very nice place to live. I've lived here over two years and I have had no problems.

We have waited 5 days for the air to be repaired in 100 degree August. The average temp was 95-97 degrees and we can't even get a portable window air installed. The apartment is NOT livable in these conditions. The management say they have NO idea when the HVAC people will even be able to come look at the problem. I have called the corporate management and can't even get a call back. It's not acceptable to pay rent and have no one care if your apartment is even livable. Shame on you Wooten Co. Don't bother with The Wooten Co.. My granddaughter is a nursing student in ***********, ** and moved into the apartment the first of August. The air conditioning went out the 5th and as of now the 9th still no air. I have called numerous times all the way up the line and all they can say is that the **** people will be there when they show up. Very clean and happy to say I've had no issues with pests unlike previous place I lived. No problems with neighbors and very affordable.

I tried to rent for The Wooten Company. It was a nightmare. The first apartment I looked at had cockroaches so I turned it down I paid a $38 application fee thinking they would transfer it to one of their many buildings. But no I had to pay another $38 to another building. After you pay the application fee you never hear from them again. And if you have low credit scores you have to have a guarantor which they charge another $30 and you never hear from them again.I was told I would have an apartment by the 22nd never heard f... read more

We love the Quail Ridge Townhomes so much, we just signed our third lease. They are very friendly and helpful and maintenance is on top of everything.

I love the location ******************** love the space, and I love apartment living. The area is quiet and close to grocery shopping, dining, etc. I have a 2B/2B apartment, and both bedroom closets are enormous; the bathrooms are big, and so is the bedroom. You get quite a bit for the money you pay. The kitchen has enough cabinets and cooking space. Washer/Dryer hook-up (or laundry on-premise), a tennis court, basketball court, and a small park.
