I’ve been renting from Wooten for almost 5 years and I’ve never had a problem. The staff at my apartment is so helpful!
I have been renting from the Wooten Company for the last 3 years. They have immediately fixed any issues. They are responsive and professional and I get a great value for the money I pay. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment.
My son has lived in one of their complexes and recently moved out. I am the co-signer and want my name removed from the lease that his roommate is assuming responsibility for. I have contacted this company multiple times with no response to my messages from the leasing specialist. I went in person to the office and was told theyd relay my message. I am still waiting.I do not recommend this company. Their communication skills show a lack of business acumen.

My name is Robert Newland. I've lived here for almost 25 years and do not plan on leaving anytime soon. The management and maintenance are a great team. They really take care of business in a timely manner and always very kindly. They have brought this place back to life. They are professional, yet very friendly. I see them walking the property and getting work done, but always have a moment to say something kind and to pet the doggies on property. I really would recommend this place.
Lived at properties of Wooten Company for several years. Currently living at The Polo Club Apartments. Rent is reasonable and staff is friendly and willing to help. Great locations, well kept grounds, night security and good amenities! Happy to call home!
