Today, my wife and I and our pug dog Roxie renewed our apartment lease at Delaware on Primrose for a 9th year. The staff thru the years have been friendly and most helpful. We are close to businesses and freeways. If you seek a nice place to live, start here .

It has been home for a very long time. Neighborhood is good and decent access to everything needed. Stores, bank, hwy exits etc… Office managers have been very kind and get business done. Maintenance crew is on it! Care for inside apartments, buildings and grounds. Grateful to call it home.
I am very happy with my apartment that is managed by the Wooten Company. I can always reach management by email or phone and they are quick to respond. Wooten has reasonable restrictions and, so far, has been a good company to do business with.
Oak court luxury apartments is a great place to live. It has a safe and friendly atmosphere and is somewhere anybody can call home. The lawns and parking lots are well kept and there is security personnel that patrol a couple times a day. The pool is clean and is a great place to spend time in the summer. The maintenance personnel are great at getting anything that needs fixed done in a timely manner.
I have lived at Oak Court Luxury Apartments for several years and it seems like the last couple of years it seems the rent goes up and the appearance, the taking care of residents have gone down. We are expected to go to different location to take car of any situations that have come up. We have to put up with non-residents in our accommodations. My name is Tina. I have lived at the Oak Court Luxury Apartments owned by the Wooten company for 5 years now and it used to be a lovely place to live. The application process was smooth and there was always a friendly staff member in the on-site office during business hours to help tenants as needed. Three years ago, however, they apparently made the decision to remove the on-site staff and hand over the duties to employees running a separate complex entirely. The Wooten Co. has been great To me and my family. They are easy to work with, and when an issue arises or something needs fixed they were hard to resolve it.
