I have been dealing with this horrible company since 9/23/21. Basically, every single person I spoke to with this company has either Lied or changed their information on what their policy is on rental applications. I have been dealing with trying to get a phone call, email or a response at all from the property and they NEVER call you back! Then, trying to get this resolved, by sending an email stating that I am VERY disappointed in this process, that I have paid $110.85 for application fees and I should not have to pay ... read more
Great management company! I highly recommend living in their apartments. The rent is reasonable and they are helpful and attentive when maintenance issues come up.
We have had the best experience with the Wooten Co. They really take care of their properties and are quick to address any questions or concerns. The application and leasing process was so nice and professional compared to another company we used before Wooten. Highly recommend!

Wooten company has a great selection of quality apartments at a great price. They keep their properties up to date and clean. They carry a high standard with property management and in the quality of the properties and the amenities they provide. I have lived at a couple different properties and they have been great.
I have had a good experience with the Wooten Co. over the last 5 years. The apartment complex is nice and the staff is always helpful. I love my apartment and I'm close to work and shopping/dining.
I have lived here for a little over a year and just renewed my lease for another year. I moved here from over 500 miles away. I had never seen the property, but The Wooten Company and especially Gosia, the property manager Harvard Apartments made the move absolutely seamless. There were no surprises. I have been renting from The Wooten Company for almost 3 years. The on-site staff are always great and helpful. The locations are always nice and close to just about everything.
I have been renting from The Wooten Company for almost 6 years and just renewed my lease. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rental properties are nice and well maintained. I would definitely recommend their properties.
