I have lived ay Quail Ridge East managed by Wooten company for many years. I call it home. Great staff and maintenance. Location close to everything needed. Work, school, stores, Hwy exits. Care for buildings and grounds is apparent. Laundry and fitness room on site. Neighbors friendly and mostly respectful. Grateful and enjoy doing life here.

I love living at a Wooten property, they've been professional and amazing to work with and live with!
We have been living at Quail Ridge for 3 years and even though our house is right beside a major highway, it is well insulated, and the outside noise is undetectable. Quail Ridge is pet friendly and our townhome is the perfect size for two adults and two cats. The office staff is always kind and helpful with any issues we may have, and maintenance is quick and efficient with any repairs we may need. This is our 5th year here at Chesterfield Village. We appreciate all the of the neighborhood amenities, such as restaurants, medical, dental, spas and entertainment all within walking distance. The excellent manager and staff make living here an effortless and stress free life style all should enjoy at our stage of life. Our grandkids love the sparkling pool and playgrounds that are perfectly maintained. Chesterfield Village is the perfect place for families, singles and retired persons to enjoy life.*****************
The absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE on the planet. Horrible, rude individuals to deal with - whether it's the property or corporate office. They completely FAKE their own reviews on each & every apartment site - with 5 Stars as that is complete BS!! I'm not sure how they even get away with having a company left.
