Do not rent with these people, they deliberately threaten and discriminate tenants who have already signed a lease with them. They also have little to no professionalism when it comes to their employees. It has been an issue for several times I have rented with them,
I have lived at Oak Court Luxury Apartments for several years and it seems like the last couple of years it seems the rent goes up and the appearance, the taking care of residents have gone down. We are expected to go to different location to take car of any situations that have come up. We have to put up with non-residents in our accommodations. The application process was smooth and there was always a friendly staff member in the on-site office during business hours to help tenants as needed. Unprofessional staff and misconduct by staff violating my privacy rights
The Wooten Co. has been great To me and my family. They are easy to work with, and when an issue arises or something needs fixed they were hard to resolve it.
This is an excellent property management company that truly cares for its residents! I have never had any issues with them and they have taken care of my home well. Overall a great experience!
We stay at Polo Club apartments for the past few years and have been pretty happy. The manager is very friendly and helpful. We have also had a few maintenance issues that were resolved quickly.
I have loved the renting experience at Seminole Apartments. The manager is amazing to work with and the maintence team helps out at any time. Very lucky to rent from them!
