Oak court luxury apartments is a great place to live. It has a safe and friendly atmosphere and is somewhere anybody can call home. The lawns and parking lots are well kept and there is security personnel that patrol a couple times a day. The pool is clean and is a great place to spend time in the summer. The maintenance personnel are great at getting anything that needs fixed done in a timely manner.
I have lived at Oak Court Luxury Apartments for several years and it seems like the last couple of years it seems the rent goes up and the appearance, the taking care of residents have gone down. We are expected to go to different location to take car of any situations that have come up. We have to put up with non-residents in our accommodations. The application process was smooth and there was always a friendly staff member in the on-site office during business hours to help tenants as needed. The Wooten Co. has been great To me and my family. They are easy to work with, and when an issue arises or something needs fixed they were hard to resolve it.
We stay at Polo Club apartments for the past few years and have been pretty happy. The manager is very friendly and helpful. We have also had a few maintenance issues that were resolved quickly.
I have loved the renting experience at Seminole Apartments. The manager is amazing to work with and the maintence team helps out at any time. Very lucky to rent from them!
