I have lived here for less than a year and I don't have anything to complain about. Everything functions correctly, and if it doesn't it gets fixed quickly.
Everyone is super friendly and truly care about your stay. Would highly recommend for a first apartment!

Over the past 2 years I have been leasing with The Wooten Company, and I would say that I have had nothing but positive experiences with them. At my particular property, the leasing manager is very helpful and communicative. I can also say that the maintenance staff is very prompt and resourceful. All in all, The Wooten Company is a leasing company that I would recommend to anyone.
Love Love Love the 3 bedroom with a basement townhome. Price is affordable and the space is great! I was able to get rid of my storage shed unit as well. The 3 pools and the playground option is great for my kids. And I just renewed for another year! I have rented a few different times with Wooten and will continue to.
I have no problem with Wooten and they are friendly to us! They are awesome!
I have been dealing with this horrible company since 9/23/21. Basically, every single person I spoke to with this company has either Lied or changed their information on what their policy is on rental applications. I have been dealing with trying to get a phone call, email or a response at all from the property and they NEVER call you back! Then, trying to get this resolved, by sending an email stating that I am VERY disappointed in this process, that I have paid $110.85 for application fees and I should not have to pay ... read more
Great management company! I highly recommend living in their apartments. The rent is reasonable and they are helpful and attentive when maintenance issues come up.
We have had the best experience with the Wooten Co. They really take care of their properties and are quick to address any questions or concerns. The application and leasing process was so nice and professional compared to another company we used before Wooten. Highly recommend!
