I lived here for a year now. Location is perfect, apartment is starting to show some age but overall well-maintained and sound-proofing is excellent. Good quiet neighbors, spacious interior, I have not had any problems with pests so far. I highly recommend this place.

I am starting my second year of residence here at Quail Ridge Apartments. I am happy with the apartment and amenities. I have a two bedroom with a basement. When I moved in the apartment was freshly painted and new carpeting had been installed. I have had no problems since living here – appliances, heating/AC, lights, etc all work well. Our unit has AC And Heat . Clean drinking water. Very spacious Storage area with shelves. In the bedrooms there is a spacious Closet.
Today, my wife and I and our pug dog Roxie renewed our apartment lease at Delaware on Primrose for a 9th year. The staff thru the years have been friendly and most helpful. We are close to businesses and freeways. If you seek a nice place to live, start here .
