The only complaint I have about the Wooten Company is that sometimes they arent the most professional and dont have the best customer service. This might not be an ill reflection on them as much as it is who they choose to hire or who is willing to work in their office.
I've rented from the Wooten Company for over 5 years and have no complaints. Great company!

I am very happy with the Wooten Company. I live in Chesterfield village apartments. My boys love the pool in the summer time. We also enjoyed a holiday decorating door contest. Helps get in the holiday spirit! The Manager is fantastic and very personable, she is always willing to help you out. The location is fantastic, close to many restaurants, grocery stores, and parks. I recommend the Wooten Company 👍
Nice company to rent from, that always are helpful. Upper management is wonderful and down to earth. Maintenance staff is helpful and knowledgeable!
