Today, my wife and I and our pug dog Roxie renewed our apartment lease at Delaware on Primrose for a 9th year. The staff thru the years have been friendly and most helpful. We are close to businesses and freeways. If you seek a nice place to live, start here .

I have lived at Scostdale for 3 years now and I am very happy with my decision. My apartment is just perfect for me. The complex has the basic ammenities like pool, parking spaces , etc and the location is just superb. I am able to walk to work and resturants and shopping, all are walking distance. I know because I didn't had a car when I moved in. It is a pet friendly complex and I am looking forward to adding a dog to my home. I have lived at the Quail Ridge East property for 8 years. The property is quiet and in a convenient location. The management and maintenance staff are good about assisting me with any issues I have as well.
It has been home for a very long time. Neighborhood is good and decent access to everything needed. Stores, bank, hwy exits etc… Office managers have been very kind and get business done. Maintenance crew is on it! Care for inside apartments, buildings and grounds. Grateful to call it home.

I have lived at Pebblecreek for several years now and love it. The apartments are a bit dated but the staff keeps everything in good repair. I would definitely recommend living here
