I have no problem with Wooten and they are friendly to us! They are awesome!
This has been a great place to live. It is in a great location, clean and maintained, and relatively quiet. All noise complaints I have had were swiftly resolved. I have lived at this location for a year now, and expect to rent for many more due to my experience. Management has been great to work with and other residents that I have encountered were friendly and kind. I have been dealing with this horrible company since 9/23/21. Basically, every single person I spoke to with this company has either Lied or changed their information on what their policy is on rental applications. I have been dealing with trying to get a phone call, email or a response at all from the property and they NEVER call you back! I have lived with Wooten for a year now. We showed up at 9 am on the day we scheduled with the management. She wasn't there and we were informed it would be about an hour or two by the maintenance. Maintenance called ****** ************ to ask if he can do the walkthrough. She said absolutely not and showed up 20 mins later. ****** made us go in and sign the lease first insisting to first time renters that's what you're supposed to do. Great management company! I highly recommend living in their apartments. The rent is reasonable and they are helpful and attentive when maintenance issues come up.
We have had the best experience with the Wooten Co. They really take care of their properties and are quick to address any questions or concerns. The application and leasing process was so nice and professional compared to another company we used before Wooten. Highly recommend!
Really great apartment property management company from what I’ve seen. Great pricing and really good at communicating with renters.
Management prior to Wooten *** was severely lacking as far as maintenance, communication, and overall experience. Since Wooten *** has taken over general maintenance has improved greatly and the staff is friendly. Although communication to tenants could be improved, overall Wooten *** has stepped in and done a good job at the Scenic Ridge apartments.
Wooten company has a great selection of quality apartments at a great price. They keep their properties up to date and clean. They carry a high standard with property management and in the quality of the properties and the amenities they provide. I have lived at a couple different properties and they have been great.
