Wooten company has a great selection of quality apartments at a great price. They keep their properties up to date and clean. They carry a high standard with property management and in the quality of the properties and the amenities they provide. I have lived at a couple different properties and they have been great.

I have had a good experience with the Wooten Co. over the last 5 years. The apartment complex is nice and the staff is always helpful. I love my apartment and I'm close to work and shopping/dining.

I have lived here for a little over a year and just renewed my lease for another year. I moved here from over 500 miles away. I had never seen the property, but The Wooten Company and especially Gosia, the property manager Harvard Apartments made the move absolutely seamless. There were no surprises. She worked with me for a moving date on late notice since the people who were supposed to move me for free did not work out at the last minute, and I had to find professional movers. My experience with the Wooten Company has been pretty good. My property managers generally leave everyone alone, but they are helpful when asked. We have a good maintenance crew, and the company has been fair and honest with me so far.
