Oak court luxury apartments is a great place to live. It has a safe and friendly atmosphere and is somewhere anybody can call home. The lawns and parking lots are well kept and there is security personnel that patrol a couple times a day. The pool is clean and is a great place to spend time in the summer. The maintenance personnel are great at getting anything that needs fixed done in a timely manner.

I have lived at Oak Court Luxury Apartments for several years and it seems like the last couple of years it seems the rent goes up and the appearance, the taking care of residents have gone down. We are expected to go to different location to take car of any situations that have come up. We have to put up with non-residents in our accommodations. If on site manager was here like advertised then this probably wouldn't happen. The other location is hard to get hold of and not much help when you finally do. Just aggravatin... read more
Decent affordable apartment - not new and across from Kraft but good average apt, pool in summer. Generally quiet enough and safe enough. Lots of turnover in office/maintenance staff so sometimes helpful/ sometimes not.
My name is Tina. I have lived at the Oak Court Luxury Apartments owned by the Wooten company for 5 years now and it used to be a lovely place to live. The application process was smooth and there was always a friendly staff member in the on-site office during business hours to help tenants as needed. Such a lovely place! It’s cute and well maintained!
Living at Scotsdale has been a great experience with inexpensive rent, lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, and respectful on-site management. I have been here for a few years and am very happy with living here.
