Such a lovely place! It’s cute and well maintained!
Living at Scotsdale has been a great experience with inexpensive rent, lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, and respectful on-site management. I have been here for a few years and am very happy with living here.
The Wooten Co. has been great To me and my family. They are easy to work with, and when an issue arises or something needs fixed they were hard to resolve it.
We get free wifi, two pools, the parking lot is kept up and looks nice. I have lived here 8yrs and I still like the location and the new manager Shelby is doing a great job so far all maintenance issues I’ve had were addressed right away. Never had a bug issue here and that’s big to me I do not like bugs. Neighbors are great and it’s quiet for the most part.
Living at the Polo Club has been excellent, the neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful, Harter House is literally right there, just an all around excellent location. The ladies in the office are delightful and kind. Looking forward to another year here.
It is in a good area and within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. The units are small but mine was freshly updated with new floors and cabinets when I moved in. Maintenance and security are both slow to respond which can be very frustrating. Overall, it is a decent pace to live for the price.
Great place to live! I could not ask for a better apartment-life environment! They are on top of everything; maintenance, lawn care, and always helping the residents. Morgan is amazing at keeping it all running smoothly!
