We live at Quail Ridge Townhomes, owned by the Wooten Company, and they have been really good to us. We just renewed our lease for a third year! Great people!Ā

I am very happy with the Wooten Company. I live in Chesterfield village apartments. My boys love the pool in the summer time. We also enjoyed a holiday decorating door contest. Helps get in the holiday spirit! The Manager is fantastic and very personable, she is always willing to help you out. The location is fantastic, close to many restaurants, grocery stores, and parks. I recommend the Wooten Company šĀ
Nice company to rent from, that always are helpful. Upper management is wonderful and down to earth. Maintenance staff is helpful and knowledgeable!Ā

Wooten Properties manages Lakewood Village apartments and I have lived here for 13 years. They do a good job keeping the parking lots and grounds clean. I don't have any issues with noise and I feel very safe here, even walking to the laundry after dark. Maintenance takes care of any issues (very rare) in a timely manner. Couldn't ask for any better.Ā

Really great company, i've been renting from them for 2 years. No complaints, service is really good & quick when you need something. They have an answering service with a live person, so no matter the time you can get ahold of somebody. Very well managed.Ā
