I have lived at Concord Manor for 5 years now, my apartment manager Nancy has always treated me like family, and has always tries to address any problems I may have professionally and in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company and apartment to anyone.

I love living at the Quailridge Townhomes. It’s like having your own little community. The amount of space is great too including the basement. We haven’t had any issues with if we ever need anything, they make sure we are took care of. We are continuing another year living here and very excited about it.

The Embassy Apartments in Ozark have amazing amenities! We love the pool, playground, and fitness center! Both the facilities and the grounds are clean, and the staff is very helpful! The bedrooms, laundry room, and other areas of the apartments are very spacious, and we really love the open layout of the kitchen/dining room area!

I have been with the Wooten co for 5 years. I live at quail ridge east apartments. I am totally satisfied with the complex and management. For all you pet lovers, this is the place. I would recommend this complex to anyone.

Our family lives in a town home at Quail Ridge, a Wooten managed property. In our three years here, we've had nothing but positive experiences. The staff in the leasing office have always been very attentive to any needs or concerns we've had. The property itself is very nice and accommodating with an on-site laundry facility, gym and impressive pool area - definitely our kids favorite feature! I highly recommend the Wooten Company. We've been blessed in our stay here!

A resident at Village Club for a year, managed by Wooten Co. My first year here have been good. Manager at Village Club are friendly and professional. Residents are well informed a head of time with maintenance notices. Apartment grounds are well maintained.

I’ve been a resident with the Wooten Co for about a year and am excited to continue living with them. They’ve been great over the past 12 months and I couldn’t ask for much more. I just signed another lease and I couldn’t be happier.
