Wooten Company manages Lakewood Village apartments and has maintained the property well. If I have had an issue they were helpful and responsive. The online payment system is easy to use and very convenient. If major changes are taking place it is communicated relatively well. -Alex D.

I rent an extremely affordable townhomes through The Wooten Company and its great! Management is helpful, maintenance is responsive and the school district is awesome!
