I really love living here! The property management is second to none and the staff is awesome! I recently signed my 6th year lease. The property is close to the highway and between Battlefield Road and Sunshine, which is really handy.
Wooten's team at Quail Ridge Townhomes does a great job of keeping the grounds clean. I really appreciate them shoveling and salting the sidewalks and steps because I'm elderly.
Starting my third year, a very nice place to live with friendly staff and well kept grounds.
I've been with Wooten for over four years now. Love my apartment. When things break, they fix them fast. They also take excellent care of the outside areas, so that the apartment complex is attractive. They have regular security patrols at night time. I appreciate that.
Living on a property owned by Wooten and it's been a great place to stay. Management is awesome and gets things done.
We have been at the same apartment for 3 years now. The price is going up again this year, but when comparing it to what other companies offer, it's still a great deal. I feel kinda spoiled with the amenities this place offers and if we move in the future, we will probably move into Eko Park which is also owned by Wooten. Our unit has amazing amenities for under $600 a month in our two bedroom unit. It came with a washer, a dryer, dishwasher and high speed internet. It's perfect for the two of us.
I've now lived at the Pebblecreek apartment communities for 10 years. Internet service is free with 1 gb fiber servcie provided. Great place, well managed by Wooten Company and not only are repairs prompt (usually same day) the renovations (stair replacements, apt upgrades/renovations, etc.) are consistent throughout the property. In inclement weather maintenance is out salting usually the night before and first thing in the morning!
Affordable rent, decent apartment, convenient location, great maintenance. Lots of turnover in the on-site office at my apartments. I would like to see security cameras for the parking lots and laundry. Had my laundry stolen last year, and the coded entry still doesn't work. Also had some bad neighbors, but they were actually evicted so I resigned my lease. Otherwise I would have moved because I wasn't given any options to move to another unit with a similar price to escape the neighbors (drugs, fighting, police here a lot).... read more
