I am a 4.5 year resident a the Wooten Co's property Concord Manor. They made moving an easy choice and I happily renewed my lease!. The staff here are very prompt with returning calls and sending out maintenance, which is great refresher compared to where I lived previously.
Living at a wooten property for the last year, I've had excellent interactions with the staff and the maintenance they send has always been timely and efficient!
Staff is super helpful, maintenance request are done in timely manner.
A lot of great properties to rent from with a wide range of amenities. Staffing is great and very helpful. Clean and affordable. Best property management in town.
We just renewed our lease with The Wooten Co. The office staff and maintenance staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The pools, on-site gym, and laundry facilities make The Wooten Co a great place to rent from. The air conditioner and furnace cools and heats our entire townhouse efficiently. I've lived at a Wooten managed property for one year now and just resigned my lease. Pros: -They keep the property clean -Older apartment has had some updates to make it more up-to-date like new carpet, new laminate flooring, modern handles on the cabinets.... etc. -offer security if needed at night Cons: -after hours answering service people aren't very helpful and some can be kind of unfriendly -can't seem to keep an office manager -maintenance isn't very good if you need something done and you'll also see places the... read more
