I have been with the Wooten co for 5 years. I live at quail ridge east apartments. I am totally satisfied with the complex and management. For all you pet lovers, this is the place. I would recommend this complex to anyone.
Our family lives in a town home at Quail Ridge, a Wooten managed property. In our three years here, we've had nothing but positive experiences. The staff in the leasing office have always been very attentive to any needs or concerns we've had. The property itself is very nice and accommodating with an on-site laundry facility, gym and impressive pool area - definitely our kids favorite feature! I highly recommend the Wooten Company. We've been blessed in our stay here!
A resident at Village Club for a year, managed by Wooten Co. My first year here have been good. Manager at Village Club are friendly and professional. Residents are well informed a head of time with maintenance notices. Apartment grounds are well maintained.

I am a 4.5 year resident a the Wooten Co's property Concord Manor. They made moving an easy choice and I happily renewed my lease!. The staff here are very prompt with returning calls and sending out maintenance, which is great refresher compared to where I lived previously.

We just renewed our lease with The Wooten Co. The office staff and maintenance staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The pools, on-site gym, and laundry facilities make The Wooten Co a great place to rent from. The air conditioner and furnace cools and heats our entire townhouse efficiently. The basement is finished with a sump pump and washer dryer hookups.
