Ive luved at a Wooten company apartment for over 6 years. Very well kept and always responsive if I call. I recommend them.
I have had a good experience with the Wooten Co. over the last 5 years. The apartment complex is nice and the staff is always helpful. I love my apartment and I'm close to work and shopping/dining.
I have lived here for a little over a year and just renewed my lease for another year. I moved here from over 500 miles away. I had never seen the property, but The Wooten Company and especially Gosia, the property manager Harvard Apartments made the move absolutely seamless. There were no surprises. My experience with the Wooten Company has been pretty good. My property managers generally leave everyone alone, but they are helpful when asked. We have a good maintenance crew, and the company has been fair and honest with me so far.
I had lived in an apartment under this company for almost one year and I like it. If you are looking for an apartment at a reasonable price, go rent it!
