Great area and conveniently located. The apartments are kept well. I really like living here and have no plans to leave. They added landscaping around my building recently and it looks great.
The Property is on its way back to how things should be. We have had lots of turnover for our property managers having 4 property managers in 3 years. Overall the amenities are good and the rent is affordable. We have not had a dedicated maintenance person in a while. The property is great however the inconsistency in staff can be hard to keep up with.
Overall, the grounds are very well maintained. All the staff are very friendly and take your concerns seriously. All the facilities are great and the units are well made. The free internet is amazing. The neighborhood feels safe. I've never felt in danger nor had any issues with theft. I did have a family of mice hiding in my AC, but, after that was taken care of, there has not been ANY issues with pests since then. My only real complaint is the noise. The walls are pretty thin. Living the the middle of Springfield has many benefits. Less than two away you will find hospitals, many restaurants, DMV, grocery store and even Walmart. After six years I am very satisfied with my apartment and the pleasant way the Manager Gorsia treats us.
Wooten continues to be an excellent company to satisfy all of your rental needs. The properties are well kept and very spacious. The staff is always available to help with any concerns. Angelique E. 11/12/24.
Republic Palms is a highly maintained apartment complex located in a great location for families and people with pets. The management here is very professional and friendly. Maintenance comes in a timely manner and seems competent in their jobs.
I have lived in the town homes for about 3 years. Over this time, staff have been very reasonable, respectful, and responsive. I have had minimal negative experiences with those living near me. The only negatives have to do with a few of the policies related to payment. I would recommend this place to live!
Comfortable Living with Great Amenities! The complex offers solid amenities, including a pool, fitness center. Going on my 3rd year living hear and have had no complaints. Fast included internet is a plus! Staff is friendly and responsive!
