We live in one of the many Wooten Company owned properties. Family friendly and pet friendly properties. Overall, good company to rent from.

I have noting but good things to say about The Wooten Company as a property manager. They have a wide variety of apartments, and most of them are pet friendly, if that matters to you. They have also been quick to respond to any issues I've had. The price of my apartment at Pebblecreek is reasonable for what I get and is close to everything.
Love the wooten company! I love at Willow Creek and have for 5 years and have never had any issues! The apartments are clean and the atmosphere is very quite and peaceful! I love the new renovations that have occurred to the gym and tennis court especially!
The Wooten Co has always provided me and my family with a safe and affordable place to live. I have stayed in many different Wooten properties. I am currently staying in Quail Ridge Townhomes - 3 bedroom with a basement plan and it has succeeded at holding my family of 4 and 2 dogs and met our needs.
my wife and i have lived at Concord Manor for years now, my apartment managers have always treated me like family, and has always tried to address any problems I may have professionally and in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company and apartment to anyone.
This is a great place to rent from their quail ridge complex is perfectly placed in town and their townhomes are very spacious! The management is friendly and informative.
I have been renting from Wooten for over a decade now, and they have always been great in ammenities, taking care of residents, and over communicating so that residents are aware of events happening or notices to resolve problems.
