I have lived ay Quail Ridge East managed by Wooten company for many years. I call it home. Great staff and maintenance. Location close to everything needed. Work, school, stores, Hwy exits. Care for buildings and grounds is apparent. Laundry and fitness room on site. Neighbors friendly and mostly respectful. Grateful and enjoy doing life here.

I love living at a Wooten property, they've been professional and amazing to work with and live with!
We have been living at Quail Ridge for 3 years and even though our house is right beside a major highway, it is well insulated, and the outside noise is undetectable. Quail Ridge is pet friendly and our townhome is the perfect size for two adults and two cats. The office staff is always kind and helpful with any issues we may have, and maintenance is quick and efficient with any repairs we may need. The absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE on the planet. Horrible, rude individuals to deal with - whether it's the property or corporate office. They completely FAKE their own reviews on each & every apartment site - with 5 Stars as that is complete BS!! I'm not sure how they even get away with having a company left. Great apartment complex with plenty of amenities. The management is very nice.
Have lived in a Wooten company property for a couple of years. Everyone at the office is always nice and I’ve really enjoyed it so far.
First time renting through Wooten Company. Great location, and I love my renovated apartment. Haven’t experienced any issues.
